Coca-Cola and Mengniu to set up KeNiuLe Dairy Company.

Coca-Cola and China Mengniu Dairy, a Chinese dairy giant, agreed to set up KeNiuLe Dairy Company, a producer of chilled milk in China. Financial terms were not disclosed. The joint venture will look to make full use of the advantages of both companies, including dairy development and processing techniques, brand influence and distribution channels.
