Thompson Street Capital Partners completed the acquisition of PKWARE.

Thompson Street Capital Partners, a private equity firm completed the acquisition of PKWARE, a provider of data security software solutions. Financial terms were not disclosed. “For decades PKWARE has provided mission-critical solutions for thousands of customers.
