Arcmont Asset Management completed the acquisition of a majority stake in Masai Clothing from Silverfleet Capital.

Arcmont Asset Management, the UK fund manager, completed the acquisition of a majority stake in Masai Clothing, a Danish fashion chain, from Silverfleet Capital, the UK private equity firm. Financial terms were not disclosed. The company filed for bankruptcy in Sweden and Norway back in mid-April 2020.
