VTTI completed the acquisition of Odfjell Terminals from Odfjell for $59m.

VTTI, a provider of energy storage services, completed the acquisition of Odfjell Terminals, a provider of safe and efficient storage for vital liquids, chemicals and oil products, from Odfjell, a company specialising in worldwide seaborne transportation and storage of chemicals and other speciality bulk liquids, for $59m. “The sale of OTD represents another step in the restructuring of our terminal portfolio and is in line with our strategy to focus on chemical terminals where we can harvest synergies with Odfjell Tankers or have another angle for further value creation by Odfjell.
