Artemis Growth Partners, a private investment firm, and the former management of Bridge Farm, completed the acquisition of Bridge Farm Group, a producer of ornamental plants, flowers and herbs from Sundial Growers, a cannabis grower for $90m. “We are delighted to close this deal and bring Bridge Farm back to independent ownership.
