Synopsis

Edit

BayWa, a provider of tailored renewable solutions, completed the acquisition of Dalquhandy wind farm, a 45MW wind farm, located near Coalburn on the site of a former coal mine, from Brockwell Energy, a company that develops, constructs, and operates energy projects. Financial terms were not disclosed. “Brockwell was originally established as a vehicle to use energy project development to revitalise and regenerate former mining sites. The Dalquhandy project is a prime example of this, and we look forward to seeing it continue to play a part in meeting Scotland’s Net Zero ambitions," Alex Lambie, Brockwell Energy CEO.
