Triton Partners, a private equity firm, completed the acquisition of Lamina Technologies, a manufacturer of multi-material carbide cutting tools for SME across different industries. Financial terms were not disclosed. "We want to support the management and employees of Lamina by investing in and supporting the continued growth and development of the company.
