Healthcare-focused private equity firm ArchiMed completed the acquisition of a 75% stake in ActiGraph, a provider of medical-grade wearable activity and sleep monitoring solutions. Financial terms were not disclosed. "We’ll use our knowledge of the global healthcare industry, and more particularly of the drug research space, to help ActiGraph accelerate product development and expand, organically and through acquisition.
