Genesis Capital to acquire Conectart from KKCG Group.

Private equity firm Genesis Capital agreed to acquire Conectart, a Czech contact center operator, from KKCG Group, an active manager which provides equity financing in medium-sized companies located in the Czech Republic. Financial terms were not disclosed. "This January we acquired new clients on the Slovak market, where we feel there is huge potential. The current pandemic situation also works in our favour. We have verified in practice that we can work in extreme conditions without quality fluctuations or staff shortages. We are ready to grow. We express our gratitude for the great work done by the KKCG group, and at the same time we are very much looking forward to working with Genesis Capital," Petr Studnička, Conectart CEO.
