Integrity Marketing Group completed the acquisition of Equis Financial.

Harvest Partners- and HGGC-backed Integrity Marketing Group, an independent distributor of life and health insurance products, completed the acquisition of Equis Financial, a marketing insurance organization. Financial terms were not disclosed.
