Bravida completed the acquisition of a majority stake in Savon Aurinkoenergia.

Bravida, a multi-technical service provider for buildings and plants in the Nordics, completed the acquisition of a majority stake in Savon Aurinkoenergia, a growing energy company that sells solar energy solutions to private customers and companies. Financial terms were not disclosed. "This acquisition creates a solid foundation for further development of Bravida’s sustainable customer offering.
