Boparan Restaurant Group, an owner and operator of restaurants, completed the acquisition of Carluccio’s, an operator of restaurants. Financial terms were not disclosed. “We welcome Carluccio’s colleagues to BRG. This acquisition is in line with our strategy to grow our restaurant group with quality brands.
