Providence-backed Bite Group, a telecommunications and media group in the Baltic States, agreed to acquire Mezon from Telecentras, a state-owned joint-stock company providing radio and television program transmission, data transmission, internet, smart television, data center and telephony services throughout Lithuania, for c. €20m.
