CVC Capital Partners agreed to acquire a 28% stake in PRO14 Rugby, a UK rugby league, from Celtic Rugby DAC, a company that runs the operations of PRO14, for $150m. “I am delighted that we have managed to welcome CVC into the Guinness PRO14 as our partner.
