Argand Partners, a private equity firm, completed the acquisition of Cherry, a German computer peripheral-device maker, from Genui Partners, a private equity firm, and Greendich Enterprise, an IT accessories trading company, for $240m. “Cherry is a great fit for our firm and investment strategy. The company has a clear leadership position and significant brand equity, and is an innovator in its industry.
