One Equity Partners completed the acquisition of Spartronics from Cerberus Capital.

One Equity Partners, a middle-market private equity firm, completed the acquisition of Spartronics, a provider of engineering, contract design, manufacturing and aftermarket repair, from Spartron, a defense contractor and contract manufacturer, and Cerberus Capital. Financial terms were not disclosed. “Spartronics is poised to take advantage of new opportunities as major OEMs are increasingly demanding advanced electronics manufacturing services and outsourced solutions in North America and globally.
