Cerea Partners completed the acquisition of a majority stake in Pages Group from InnovaFonds.

Cerea Partners, an independent fund management company, completed the acquisition of a majority stake in Pages Group, a provider of high-performance automation systems, from InnovaFonds, an independent private equity firm. Financial terms were not disclosed. Pages Group now embarks on a new development phase, centred on three priorities: reinforcement on the food processing and medical segments, development of the robotic offering and further expansion in international markets.
