Nishimoto-backed NTC Wismettac, a company manufacturing prepared foods and miscellaneous food specialties, completed the acquisition of a 70% stake in C3C, a firm that sells fresh and frozen fish to sushi chains and sushi independent restaurants in Europe, for $40m.
