Steadfast Capital, an investment firm, completed the investment in Söhngen Group, a wholesaler of dressings for pharmacies, drugstores and medical supply stores. Financial terms were not disclosed. "With its internationally recognised brands and premium products, SÖHNGEN is excellently positioned in the market of first aid and emergency medical products and poised to take advantage of numerous areas of growth, especially through add-on acquisitions," Nick Money-Kyrle, Steadfast Capital Managing Partner.
