Transportation Infrastructure Partners, a joint venture between Ridgewood Infrastructure and Savage focused on acquiring and operating critical transportation and logistics infrastructure, completed the acquisition of Carolina Marine Terminal, a multi-modal marine dry good bulk port facility in Wilmington, NC.
