Dynamic Technology to acquire Dynamic Colours for S$47m.

Dynamic Technology, a quantitative trading firm engaged in equity trading, offered to acquire Dynamic Colours, which specialises in colour compounding and the modified compounding of resins, for S$47m. The offer is conditional upon the offeror receiving not less than 90% of the total number of issued shares as at the close of the offer. The offeror does not intend to maintain the listing status of the company.
