Welspun Enterprises completed the acquisition of Mukarba Chowck Panipat Toll Roads for $281m.

Welspun Enterprises, a holding company, completed the acquisition of Mukarba Chowck Panipat Toll Roads, a toll road operator, for $281m. The acquisition, through a subsidiary Welspun Infrafacility, is being done by way of harmonious substitution which was recommended by the project lenders and subsequently approved by NHAI.
