Holmarcom-backed Atlanta Assurances to merge with Sanad.

Holmarcom-backed Atlanta Assurances, a company engaged in provision of insurance service, agreed to merge with Sanad, a provider of insurance services. Financial terms were not disclosed. The merger, expected to be finalized by the end of September 2020, is subject to the approvals of the Supervisory Authority of Insurance and Social Welfare and the Moroccan Capital Market Authority.
