HAL to acquire Van Wijnen.

HAL, an international holding company based in Curaçao, agreed to acquire Van Wijnen, a Dutch construction group. Financial terms were not disclosed. The completion of the transaction is subject to conditions customary for this type of transaction, including approval of the competition authorities as well as finalization of the procedures under the Works Councils Act.
