Socati completed the merger with Globalive Technology.

Socati, a processor of broad-spectrum hemp extracts, completed the merger with Globalive Technology, a software company. Financial terms were not disclosed. Socati is a private corporation, incorporated under the laws of Delaware on August 28, 2018, with several wholly owned subsidiaries that together make up the Socati business.
