Enagás and Teréga to acquire a 40% stake in DualMetha.

Synopsis

Enagás, an energy company that focuses on coordinating the access, storage, transportation, and distribution process, and Teréga, a provider of utility services, agreed to acquire a 40% stake in DualMetha, a French startup company which is engaged in the development of groundbreaking methanation solutions. Financial terms were not disclosed. “We are delighted to be partnered with DualMetha. The purpose of this investment is to support the development of an innovative company in the sector. As a company driving the energy transition, we are pleased to contribute to the development of a new process that will move this transition forward and benefit our country," Dominique Mockly, Teréga Chairman and CEO.
