Aviva completed the acquisition of Wealthify.

Aviva, an international insurance company, completed its acquisition of Wealthify, an online investment service. Financial terms were not disclosed. "Today, Wealthify becomes a wholly-owned, but independently run, subsidiary within the Aviva Group. Whilst this starts the next phase of our development, our mission remains unchanged – we will continue making investing easy and accessible for everyone," Richard Theo, Wealthify Chief Executive.
