Gemspring-backed Therma Holdings, a mechanical, electrical, plumbing and controls services company, completed the acquisition of Gilbert, a provider of mechanical, electrical, plumbing, controls and fire protection services. Financial terms were not disclosed. “Gilbert is a terrific addition to the Therma family.
