Synopsis

Tamburi Investment Partners, an independent and diversified investment bank, agreed to acquire an additional 5.69% stake in ITH, a holding company controlling Sesa, from HSE, a holding company. Financial terms were not disclosed. After closing, Tamburi will own a 20.64% stake in ITH.
