Kinderhook-backed Chemtron Corporation, a provider of hazardous waste collection and treatment services, completed the acquisition of Vexor Technology, a regional provider of non-hazardous waste processing services and alternative energy solutions. Financial terms were not disclosed. “The acquisition of Vexor will enhance Chemtron’s service offering and diversify its disposal capabilities.
