Cerestra and Oxfordcaps to form a $125m joint venture.

Cerestra Advisors, a private equity firm, and Oxfordcaps, a student housing service provider, agreed to form a $125m joint venture. "We have entered into a joint venture with Cerestra to focus on on-campus and near-campus student housing centres. The off-campus centres will be underwritten by educational institutions. The $125m fund would be infused by Cerestra to acquire beds, while Oxfordcaps will manage these properties," Priyanka Gera, Oxfordcaps COO and Co-Founder.
