Synopsis

Edit

Anwim, the owner of the Polish MOYA petrol station network, agreed to acquire eMILA, self-service petrol stations. Financial terms were not disclosed. "The takeover of the network of self-service eMILA petrol stations is a significant step bringing us closer to the implementation of the strategy and expansion of the MOYA network to 350 locations by the end of 2023. eMILA facilities present the original format of self-service stations, addressed to individual customers. We want to develop and improve this concept," Rafał Pietrasina, Anwim CEO.
