Gonvarri Material Handling completed the acquisition of a majority stake in Kaufmann Systems.

Gonvarri Material Handling, a provider of industrial storage systems, completed the acquisition of a majority stake in Kaufmann Systems, a Swiss engineering company which offers a wide variety of storage equipment systems and solutions for automation projects. Financial terms were not disclosed. “With this acquisition, GMH is now even more prepared to offer an excellent `One-Stop-Shop` experience to the market and, in particular, to System Integrators.
