Pratia, a hospital manager, completed its acquisition of the 40% stake in kfgn, a clinical trial recruitment provider. Financial terms were not disclosed. "We believe that experienced teams, complementary geographical footprint and wide coverage of therapeutic areas strengthen our value offering for both pharmaceutical and CRO industries.
