Atrys Health to acquire Global Telemed Systems.

Atrys Health, a biomedical company, agreed to acquire Global Telemed Systems, a holding of companies specializing in online diagnosis, teleradiology and telecardiology. Financial terms were not disclosed. The integration of ITMS represents a relevant step in the positioning of ATRYS in the provision of online diagnostic services with a clear leadership position in teleradiology and telecardiology services.
