Molina Healthcare completed the acquisition of Medicaid plan assets of Passport Health Plan for $20m.

Molina Healthcare, a managed care company headquartered in Long Beach, California, completed the acquisition of Medicaid plan assets of Passport Health Plan, a healthcare provider, for $20m. "Acquiring the operations as well as transferring over employees of Passport Health Plan provide us with a well-known brand in Kentucky and position us well to compete even more effectively in the market.
