Salling Group, a retailing group, completed the acquisition of the Polish business of Tesco, a British multinational groceries and general merchandise retailer for $227m. “We have seen significant progress in our business in Central Europe, but continue to see market challenges in Poland. On March 12, 2021; Polish Competition Authority approved Salling Group's $227m acquisition of Tesco Polska.
