PDI to acquire ZipLine.

PDI, a global provider of ERP, fuel pricing, logistics, and marketing cloud solutions, agreed to acquire ZipLine, a provider of mobile payment technology. Financial terms were not disclosed. “Convenience retailers, wholesale petroleum providers, and grocers have longed for a solution that seamlessly brings together loyalty and digital payments.
