Fuling Global completed the acquisition of Domo.

Fuling Global, a manufacturer and distributor of mainly environmentally-friendly plastic and paper foodservice disposable products, through its subsidiary Total Faith Holdings, complete the acquisition of Domo Industry, a producer and distributor plastic and paper serviceware. Financial terms were not disclosed. The deal was for all the remaining outstanding shares of Domo. Now Fuling Globa has full control of the company.
