Synopsis

Esprinett, one of the largest companies in the technology sector in Italy, completed the acquisition of GTI Software, a company specialized in the provision of services and solutions for the cloud, for $38m. "With the purchase of GTI we significantly strengthen our presence in southern Europe," Alessandro Cattani, Esprinet CEO.
