Talos Energy completed the acquisition of Gulf of Mexico assets of Castex Energy for $71m.

Talos Energy, an oil and gas company that engages in the exploration, development, and production of oil and natural gas properties in the Gulf Coast and Gulf of Mexico, completed the acquisition of Gulf of Mexico assets of Castex Energy, a gas company in Houston, Texas, for $71m.
