Mitratech completed the acquisition of CMPG Risk Solutions.

Mitratech, a provider of legal and compliance software, completed the acquisition of CMPG Risk Solutions, which provides software solutions for the financial services, healthcare, and insurance industries. Financial terms were not disclosed.
