Eagle Merchant Partners, a private equity firm completed an acquisition of a minority stake in Code Ninjas, a provider of coding franchise system for kids. Financial terms were not disclosed. Code Ninjas is a proven system, teaching children how to code in a supervised and collaborative environment.
