TheSPAC to acquire Franchi Umberto Marmi from Franchi Family for £262m.

TheSPAC agreed to acquire 100% stake in Franchi Umberto Marmi, an Italian marble supplier, from Franchi Family for £262m. The Franchi group was founded in 1971, initially supplying marble, blocks and slabs locally in Tuscany, Italy. Thanks to the professionalism and financial support the company has been able to grow and expand its market to greater Italy as well as international markets.
