Alliance Entreprendre and Bpifrance completed the acquisition of Acial.

Alliance Entreprendre, a private equity firm, and Bpifrance, a provider of human resources consulting services, completed their acquisition of Acial, a Parisian company that specialized in software testing. Financial terms were not disclosed. “In 22 years, the ACIAL Group has established itself as a benchmark player in a dynamic market driven by strong drivers. The Group still has good growth prospects, with an ambitious development plan which provides for a mix between organic growth and build up," Camille Chosseler, Alliance Entreprendre Investment Director.
