Ufenau Capital, a Swiss private equity firm, completed the acquisition of a majority stake in matrix technology, which offers IT services and consulting to domestic and international customers. Financial terms were not disclosed. “The founders of the matrix acted very proactively and identified and built their own successors years ago.
