ProFusion management completed the acquisition of ProFusion from Peak Rock Capital.

The ProFusion management team completed the acquisition of ProFusion, a manufacturer and provider of transit and industrial flooring, protective linings, specialty films and customer compounds, from Peak Rock Capital, a middle-market private investment firm.
