Cedar Gate Technologies to acquire Citra Health Solutions from Great Point Partners.

Cedar Gate Technologies, a value-based care performance management company, agreed to acquire Citra Health Solutions, a provider of capitation management software solutions, from Great Point Partners, a private equity firm. Financial terms were not disclosed. "The addition of Citra couldn't come at a better time.
