Cerea Partners and Bpifrance completed the acquisition of Axium from Credit Mutuel Equity.

Private equity firms, Cerea Partners and Bpifrance, completed the acquisition of Axium, a manufacturer of plastic packaging, from Credit Mutuel Equity. Financial terms were not disclosed.
