Aleatica to acquire a 55.8% stake in Autostrade Lombarde and Brebemi from Intesa Sanpaolo.

Aleatica, an infrastructure construction services provider, agreed to acquire a 55.8% stake in Societa di Progetto Brebemi and its parent firm Autostrade Lombarde, a developer of roads and bridges from Intesa Sanpaolo, an Italian banking group. Financial terms were not disclosed.
